Environmental Sustainability

Projects that address environmental challenges by reducing emissions, protecting biodiversity or mitigating the impacts of climate change.

Basic Services

Projects that increase the availability of basic services such as water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) to improve health outcomes and living standards.

Poverty Relief

Projects that offer pathways out of poverty for individuals and families, particularly those from marginalised groups, or seek to address the underlying causes of poverty.

Education

Projects that improve access to and the quality of education for children and young people in deprived communities to enable them to reach their full potential.

Emergency Response

We are committed to supporting work that addresses the suffering of communities affected by conflict, health or natural disasters and other emergencies.


We operate on an invitation only basis for all our pillars, however we are keen to identify and partner with organisations working on under-exposed or under-supported issues, whilst taking a community-driven approach.

Our Mission

The EA Foundation has been set up to support community-driven initiatives which work to improve the lives of disadvantaged communities in low to medium income countries, specifically focused on improving access to education and basic services, relieving poverty and promoting environmental sustainability.
